When you use our Services, we automatically collect:

  • Usage Data: Features used, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, search queries within the Platform, and other engagement metrics
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers

Competitive Intelligence Limitations

Our Services provide competitive intelligence derived from publicly available AI system responses. We do not access competitors' proprietary systems or accounts. All competitive data is obtained through the same public interfaces available to any user.

No Guarantee of AI Placement

We provide optimization services to improve your brand's discoverability in AI systems. However, we do not control AI system algorithms, outputs, or recommendation logic. We cannot guarantee specific placement, mention frequency, or recommendation outcomes.
